This role will be the communication hub between patients and Delivery Technicians—coordinating routes, tracking equipment, and ensuring smooth, timely service every day.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Super organized with a keen eye for detail
Compassionate and always focused on making customers feel cared for
Answering incoming calls for our Deliveries Department
Support our Delivery Technicians both in the office and out on the road
Track and enter delivery ETAs based on real-time routes
Keep patient accounts updated with delivery notes
Coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch urgent deliveries and discharges
Pull and organize equipment for upcoming deliveries
Manage and maintain our inventory of rental equipment
