Now, we're looking for an Event Marketing Manager who thrives outside the office, loves connecting with people, and has the drive to lead and inspire a team. This isn't your typical desk jobyou'll be out in the field at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events all across Florida. You'll get to meet homeowners face-to-face, spark conversations, and help set appointments that directly lead to families feeling safer and more secure in their homes. What You'll Do

Create and execute event strategies that make Florida Window & Door stand out in every market.

Attend and oversee shows and events across Miami / Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers / Naples, Daytona, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Palm Beach, and beyond.

Recruit, train, and motivate event marketing staff to deliver their best work.

Be on-site leading the actionensuring booths are buzzing, teams are engaged, and leads are flowing.

Build relationships with event organizers and partners to secure the best spots and opportunities.

Analyze results, celebrate wins, and fine-tune strategies for even bigger impact.

What We're Looking For

A people-person with excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for engaging with the public.

Experience in event marketing, lead generation, or experiential marketing (home improvement experience a plus).

A natural trainer and motivatoryou know how to coach a team to success.

Someone who can juggle multiple events and isn't afraid of a fast-paced, high-energy role.

Flexibility to travel across the state and work evenings / weekends when events are happening.

An entrepreneurial spirityou like to run your own show while still being part of a winning team.
