Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator with complete Salesforce Suite expertise, specializing in Contact Center CRM rollouts and Customer Care & Billing processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in configuring and optimizing Salesforce to enhance customer engagement, streamline billing processes, and ensure a seamless customer care experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Salesforce Administration :

Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform with a focus on features relevant to Contact Center CRM and Customer Care & Billing.

  • Customize Salesforce to meet specific requirements related to customer interactions, case management, and billing processes.
  • Contact Center CRM Rollouts :

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Contact Center CRM solutions within Salesforce.

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud for efficient case management, customer support, and communication within the contact center.
  • Customer Care & Billing :

    • Work closely with the billing and finance teams to streamline and enhance billing processes within Salesforce.

  • Implement and maintain Salesforce tools and features to support customer care initiatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Integration and Data Management :

    • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems, billing platforms, and contact center tools to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Conduct data analysis and cleansing to maintain accurate and reliable customer information.
  • Reporting and Analytics :

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze the performance of contact center operations, customer care, and billing processes.

  • Utilize Salesforce analytics tools to gain insights and drive improvements.
  • User Training and Support :

    • Conduct training sessions for contact center agents, customer care representatives, and other Salesforce users.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or Billing Specialist are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Contact Center CRM rollouts and Customer Care & Billing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete Salesforce suite, including Service Cloud and Billing modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
