Our client, a leading manufacturer company, is looking for a Sander to join their team in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing cabinet parts and finished products for staining, painting, or other finishing processes. Precision, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will be key in ensuring each product meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sand cabinet parts and finished cabinets to required smoothness and quality standards.
  • Prepare surfaces by removing rough spots, scratches, and imperfections for finishing.
  • Safely operate hand tools and power sanders to achieve consistent results.
  • Inspect surfaces throughout the sanding process and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain sanding tools and equipment for proper functionality.
  • Accurately complete production and quality logs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Assist with additional finishing tasks as directed by the Finishing Supervisor.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with orbital sanders and hand sanding techniques.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, finishing, or related fields a plus.
  • Background in wood production, painting, staining, or quality control is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 20–50 lbs, bend, stoop, walk, and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Pay Rate :  $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
  • Schedule :  Monday – Friday, 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM
