Job Description :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for our clients, as well as providing general HR support to our internal team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers
• Manage relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for recruitment and HR
• Provide general HR support to the internal team, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
