Job description :

• Minimum 12 years of experience in supporting SAP Basis Production, Maintenance, and Support Projects
• Experience in leading Onsite / Onshore and Offshore teams.
• Project Management skill is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working at a client place in the USA.
• Should possess good communication and writing skills.
• Should have strong Communication and Technical skillset.
• Should have hands-on experience in working S / 4HANA on-premises and private cloud editions.
• Having prior experience in working 'RISE with SAP' Migration and Support projects is an added advantage.
• Work independently and assist team members.
• Work closely with Technical / Functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining a large SAP Landscapes
• Hands-on experience in DB2, HANA Databases, and AIX / LINUX / WINDOWS environments
• Well-versed with SAP Installation and Upgrade / Migration of SAP ABAP, Java, Web Dispatchers
• Hands-on experience in SAP Upgrades, Migrations, Support Package Stack, and Kernel upgrades / updates.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Hybris Environment is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in supporting SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, S / 4HANA, BPC, Solution Manager, GRC, NetWeaver Java, Portals, SLT, MDG, MDM, etc.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and administering Solution Manager scenarios like System Monitoring, Interface Channel Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, ChaRM, Solution Documentation, etc. in Solution Manager 7.2
• Knowledge of Interface integrations
• Experience in configuring and administering CTS+ for non-ABAP systems.
• Expert knowledge of UI5 configurations.
• Implementation and Administration of SAP Fiori is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Systems Management in On-premises and Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copies and Refreshes.
• Experience in SOA configuration in S / 4HANA and ECC systems.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Configuring SSL in ABAP, JAVA, and Web Dispatchers as needed.
• Hands-on experience in SAP LaMa is an added advantage.
• Possess Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
• Should have hands-on experience in SAP Performance monitoring and tuning.
• Understanding of Web / Internet-based protocols.
• Demonstrate teamwork, self-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge in Service Now for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Good documentation and presentation skills
