We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within the human resources domain for a non-profit organization. This is a contract position based in Monrovia, California, offering an opportunity to lead impactful projects and contribute to organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise in HR leadership and project management.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of HR payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and compliance standards to align with organizational goals.
• Manage organizational development projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute strategies for effective people management.
• Oversee the creation and revision of organizational policies to maintain legal and ethical standards.
• Provide guidance on HRIS systems and ensure their optimal use within the organization.
• Monitor HR compliance and address any issues proactively.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders.
