Responsibilities

• Accurately document all client and prospect interactions to ensure consistent follow-up and tracking.
• Provide an exceptional first impression by greeting every customer whether in-person or over the phone with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care.
• Proactively generate new business leads through networking, community outreach, and digital engagement.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other marketing activities to connect with potential clients and promote Farmers Insurance products and services.
• Gather detailed prospect information to prepare accurate and complete insurance quotes.
• Goal is to Quote Home and Auto and pass leads to Sales Producers.
