What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and monitor for unusual conditions.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal and site requirements.

Collaborate with site personnel and / or local authorities when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.

Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and contractors in the location.

Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Applicants with experience in primarily driving posts are preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
