Business Systems Analyst

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Systems Analyst to partner with our sales and operations teams in driving efficiency, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences. In this role, you'll leverage technology, training, and data to solve problems, optimize systems, and support growth.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000 / yr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Learn and refine systems, tools, and business processes for continuous improvement.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear system requirements and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes impacted by technology.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business goals.
• Document processes, provide SAP S / 4HANA expertise, and support system adoption.
• Troubleshoot system, data, and process-related issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Design and deliver custom SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud document management and automation projects.
