job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPlan and execute 20+ in-person and virtual events annually. Own logistics, vendor relations, budgets, and ROI analysis. Operate the San Francisco AI Research Lab event space : own the calendar, manage logistics, and ensure a welcoming, well-run venue for partner, customer, and community events. Bring external partners, user groups, and local tech communities into the lab; program and host at least two high-impact events per month. Collaborate with Video and Community teams to extend event reach 4+ years event marketing in B2B or developer-focused companies. Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously Detail-oriented organizer with strong negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Some after-hours event coverage required for evening or weekend developer events.
