Oracle BI Programmer Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an Oracle BI Porgrammer Analyst to join one of our leading partners in the utilities industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of OBIEE RPD, working with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and design analytics solutions. You will maintain and create reports in OBIEE, BI Publisher, and Power BI, as well as develop and maintain mappings in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining data marts / data warehouses from different data sources, monitoring and supporting ODI daily loads, and performing performance tuning of Oracle SQL queries, OBIEE, and Power BI reports. You will also learn and support applications managed by the team, conduct training sessions for business users of the supported technologies periodically, and take on the role of project leader and / or technical lead for small to medium projects by assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of team members.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or equivalent education and / or experience

Experience in Oracle BI Apps (OBIA)

Experience in Java or Python

Project management experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology with demonstrated experience in programming, project management, requirements definition, program development and systems design.

4 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)

4 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica

4 years of experience in Oracle PL / SQL

Good understanding of the business processes supported

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
