We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee HR, accounting, payroll, and administrative operations — including bookkeeping, tax support, and QuickBooks Online management.

Job Description :

The Office Manager will ensure smooth daily operations while managing HR, accounting, and administrative responsibilities. This position is ideal for a highly organized and dependable individual with strong QuickBooks Online experience and a background in both HR and accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll processing, timesheets, and compliance.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with tax preparation and filing.
  • Communicate with the company’s accountant and support quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Maintain organized records for HR, accounting, and compliance.
  • Support management with scheduling, reports, and office operations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or HR / accounting.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM (Flexible hours).
  • Compensation :

  • $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
