This position is responsible for executing compliance testing across a wide range of consumer, trust, and commercial products. Requirements :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution2-3 years' background in compliance testing or internal audit preferredStrong understanding of state and federal regulations (e.g., FRB, CFPB, BSA / AML)Intermediate knowledge of banking products and servicesLegal background or formal training preferredProficiency with data analysis, compliance tools, and MS Office SuiteDescription :
Execute detailed compliance testing for new and existing financial productsCollaborate with business units to gather documentation and support testing reviewsIdentify and communicate compliance gaps and risks effectively to senior managementPrepare reports and findings in accordance with internal audit and regulatory standardsMaintain strict confidentiality and adhere to established quality benchmarksSupport ad hoc compliance projects and strategic initiativesReport directly to the Compliance Testing Director and maintain clear communication throughout the testing lifecycle
