Key responsibilities include :

• ”Train the trainers” at each plant to ensure consistent application of process knowledge and best practices.
• Establish, validate, and optimize robust molding processes for new product introductions to ensure repeatability and efficiency from the start.
• Lead qualification efforts for new resins while acting as the subject matter expert on recycled resins, bio-materials, fillers, and additives.
• Conduct detailed audits of existing molding processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with best practices and standards.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex processing challenges, delivering expert analysis and resolution strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality standards as required by internal policies, customer requirements, or regulatory bodies.
