Key Responsibilities
Support the CRM team in developing and executing brand and product campaigns via email and SMS
Collaborate on testing plans for segmentation and personalization to meet business goals
Oversee ad hoc projects and maintain day-to-day retention programs while ensuring campaign accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years of email marketing experience
2-4 years of reporting and analytics experience
Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP), preferably Cordial
Proficient in Google Analytics, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
