As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet, equipment, and material assets to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of heavy equipment and demolition tools, and the ability to manage procurement, maintenance, and asset utilization effectively.

- Create and Maintain relationships with Scrap Vendors
- Track and Manage Scrap Receipts and ensure they are coded to the correct projects
Key Responsibilities - Asset Management & Utilization
Develop and maintain an inventory tracking system for all company assets, including vehicles, machinery, tools, consumables and materialsMaximize efficiency and minimize downtimeWork closely with project managers to forecast equipment and material needsEnsure proper documentation and record-keeping of all assetsDevelop and oversee routing and deliveries processKey Responsibilities - Fleet & Equipment Maintenance
Develop & oversee preventative maintenance programs for all company equipmentTrack repair costs, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationshipsImplement cost-control measures to extend asset lifespan and reduce expensesEnsure all equipment complies with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirementsEnsure assets, equipment, trucks are all clean, properly branded, and inventoried weeklyDocuments and disseminate equipment and tool damage reportsKey Responsibilities - Procurement & Vendor Management
