Key Qualifications

3-5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business, including mid to large-sized accounts (preference to candidates well-versed in working with workers' compensation accounts).

An active Property & Casualty license is essential.

In-depth knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures.

Proficiency with agency management software, Microsoft Office Suite, carrier websites, and other relevant industry software systems.

Your Responsibilities

Thoroughly reviewing and verifying policies against submissions, quotations, and proposals.

Skillfully implementing proposal adjustments and quotation modifications based on client meetings with producers.

Preparing and submitting applications with precision, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.

Proactively following up with markets for quotations and efficiently issuing auto ID cards.

Developing comprehensive proposal booklets under the expert guidance of the Account Executive.

Collaborating effectively with Producers to provide insurance binders and secure essential client sign-off approvals.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Per Year.
