Zillow Flex (buyer side) 50 / 50 splits. Zillow Seller Connections 50 / 50 splits for the first 8 deals and then 70 / 30 after that. Your first SOI transaction is a 50 / 50 split. For the next seven deals you complete, the split will be 70 / 30. After completing your first SOI transaction plus an additional seven deals, your split will be 90 / 10 for life. This split does not reset annually. All Atlas Leads, including Zillow Leads are 50 / 50 splits.
