Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Join Our Care Team!

We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)  to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. This role is perfect for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and making a real difference in the lives of others.

📌 Schedule : Three 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)

What You’ll Do :

Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Clinical Case Manager

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient health status and progress

Support patients and families with education and care guidance

Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment

Qualifications :

• Current LPN license

Strong clinical and communication skills

• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred but not required
