Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Salary : $90,000 – $110,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + 12% 401(k) Match

A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Master Scheduler to join a corporate team based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining the master production schedule across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring seamless alignment with customer demand, inventory objectives, and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage a master production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels across multiple sites

Translate sales data and forecasts into actionable production plans

Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to balance capacity and demand

Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed to meet service level and efficiency goals

Utilize ERP and planning systems to analyze data and maintain scheduling accuracy

Proactively identify potential issues or constraints in the production pipeline and propose solutions

Track performance metrics related to planning and scheduling to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling and production planning in a multi-facility manufacturing environment

Strong forecasting and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to align resources and staffing with production requirements

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with planning / scheduling software is strongly preferred

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary : $90,000 – $110,000
