Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Training Program Specialist to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs that bring out the best in our people. This role is all about creating meaningful training experiencesfrom concept to launchthat help employees thrive in their current roles and prepare them for future growth. You'll oversee multiple projects at once, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and ensure our programs meet business goals and reflect our company's people-first culture. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about learning and development, eager to grow, and ready to make a lasting impact on people.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across all employee levels, utilizing both in-house and external resources.
• Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and manager / employee feedback.
• Create, update, and maintain educational materials and multimedia resources to support continuous learning.
