Summary

We want you to be part of our expanding Software Client Success Team. You will be working as part of a team of skilled professionals that believe in putting the client first every time. This is a highly interactive role wherein you interface with clients as well as other team members. In this role you will use your troubleshooting and application development skills to directly help clients. You will apply and develop your skill in troubleshooting, database design, programming, SQL Server, and creative problem solving. We are looking for people that want a great career, not just a job. Location

  • Position Location : North Little Rock, Arkansas. Part time remote work opportunity after on-boarding.
  • Reports To : Associate Director-Clerk Treasury Team
  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support configuration, administration, and tuning of environments for the Apprentice hosted software portfolio
  • Demonstrate an excellent work ethic and focus on work, tasks, and priorities
  • Listen proactively to client feedback and determine the best way to meet the requirements
  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
  • Maintain a positive team player attitude
  • Contribute to the advancement of the team environment through integrity, leadership, and continuous knowledge transfer
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insight to internal teams regarding client needs
  • Identify best practices and recommended solutions that provide high quality support to client
  • Maintain a written general knowledgebase of all issues and their resolutions
  • Grow continually in both personal skillset and knowledge base with independent research

  • Education

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in information science or related field, or relevant certification from recognized trade or technical school is preferred.
  • Experience

  • More than 5 years of work experience in software engineering

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Required Technical Skills

  • 5 years or more experience in Delphi
  • 5 years or more experience in SQL Server

  • Valid Driver’s License required
