Job Qualifications / Requirements

Education / Credentials

• Minimum Education Level : Associate’s Degree

Prior Experience

• Required : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology support processes
• Preferred : 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering and project implementations or project support activities
• Preferred : 3+ years banking experience working with core and ancillary systems.
• Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements : Yes

Technical Skills

• Required : Advanced analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Required : Advanced ability to research and identify application issues.
• Required : Intermediate understanding of data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
• Required : Advanced understanding of banking and financial systems.
• Required : Working knowledge of data governance and information security principals and processes
• Required : Intermediate knowledge in the application of project management methodology and / or system development life cycle
• Required : Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.
• Required : Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Required : Ability to remain flexible to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Required : Ability to study and apply new information.
• Required : Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem prevention, and problem-solving skills.
• Required : Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
• Required : Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional demeanor when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Required : Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
• Required : Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Required : Ability to work with co-workers, customers, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.
• Required : Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 annually - $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
