AI Strategy Director

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Strategy team and has a new opportunity for an AI Strategy Director. This position will lead the enterprise effort to develop, align, and measure outcomes of artificial intelligence initiatives with strategic business priorities. This position serves as a senior-level cross-functional coordinator, translating complex business needs into actionable AI opportunities, and partnering closely with IT to prioritize initiatives and support effective execution. The Director, AI Strategy will oversee AI strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the integration of AI-driven solutions which drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage. This position will report to the Chief of Staff.

This position is eligible to work remotely, hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
