Test Engineer

Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Test Engineer to support the mission-oriented efforts of developing and bringing to market Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS) technologies.

In this role you will :

• Create test designs and test procedures for development, qualification, and acceptance testing work based on provided test requirements from the Systems Engineering Team
• Contribute to building and operating test racks that integrate power supply, data acquisition, communications, and control logic, while coordinating build processes when needed
• Coordinate commissioning of complex hardware both in-house and at other test facilities
• Support planning efforts and maintain schedule adherence for test activities, as well as their integration with an overall test and equipment delivery schedule
• Witness and review supplier acceptance testing and reports
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and provide solutions for non-conformance
• Coordinate activities for design, assembly, and commissioning of test equipment and required support equipment with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform data analysis of test results and generate test reports

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary band for this position is $125,000-$185,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
