Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Lakewood, CO!

• Up to 10k Sign On Bonus, up to $15k in Student Loan Reimbursement, & Relocation Assistance available
• Average case load 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to make a productivity bonus
• Closed on evenings & weekends : offering flexible schedules to accommodate your work-life balance

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications.  Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.

Colorado pay range

$75,000 — $85,000 USD
