Clean Room Manufacturing Technician

Location : Tempe, AZ Pay Rate : $21.50 / hour Shift : Compressed Shift 1A SundayTuesday and every other Wednesday, 5 : 45 AM6 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

The Exhaust Processor plays a key role in the production of high-precision intensifier tube components within a clean room environment. This position operates and monitors vacuum and electronic processing equipment, ensuring that all products meet strict quality and yield standards. The role involves hands-on work with fragile materials, preventative maintenance, data interpretation, and adherence to clean room and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum / electronic equipment to manufacture image intensifier tube components.
• Safely unload and reload systems using hand tools to access and remove finished products without causing damage.
• Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures to meet production schedules and maintain quality targets.
• Monitor process parameters including vacuum levels, temperature, and torque readings, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electronic issues.
• Record accurate production and quality data using the Quality Tracking System (QTS).
• Adhere to clean room standards and safety procedures involving mechanical, chemical, and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve process deviations or equipment issues.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external specifications and standards.

This position is performed in a clean room manufacturing environment requiring the use of hairnets, beard nets, and coveralls (no shoe coverings required). The atmosphere is professional yet collaborative, with a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork.
