In this role, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities : - Handling inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our customers- Making outbound calls to engage with customers and schedule service appointments- Scheduling service appointments efficiently and maintaining a detailed record- Leveraging your outstanding phone skills to communicate effectively and build rapport- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism- Being detail-oriented and precise in managing customer information and appointment schedules

Qualifications : To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications :

• Exceptional phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
