A company is looking for a HR Systems Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and present workforce and experience data, developing dashboards and reports

Administer and configure HR and related system projects, providing support across various departments

Collaborate with business leaders on workforce analysis projects and develop strategies based on data insights

Required Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent experience required

Five plus years of experience in HR Analytics, Finance / Accounting Analytics, or HR Operations

Three plus years of experience with Workday integration systems and APIs

Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Oracle Business Objects

Strong understanding of financial data and accounting concepts
