Job Description

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly in a cleanroom environment. Working under moderate supervision, you will assemble medical devices according to good manufacturing practices, manufacturing flow, specific standard operating, and safety procedures.

In addition to contributing to the Medtronic mission, you'll also be investing in your career! This is a full time, benefits eligible, direct hire opportunity.

We currently have openings on the Day shift. Day shift schedule is as follows :

Work schedule : B-Shift : 5 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $39,200.00 - $58,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

U.S. Pay Transparency (for SIP, Commission, Hourly Direct, Interns, Executives)

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week : Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
