Pay Range : $60 - $65 per hour. on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer and Data Analyst to create and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards for business decision-making, collaborate with teams across functions to understand and meet their reporting needs, and ensure the highest data quality for all outputs. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in developing efficient data models, write and optimize SQL queries, and ensure the consistency and accuracy of reporting data. This role is critical for supporting business performance tracking and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports for various business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Power BI solutions.
• Build efficient data models and define DAX measures for performance tracking and interactive visualizations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and preparation from multiple sources.
• Conduct data validation and QA checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards.

Must-Have Skills :

Industry Experience :

Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake) is essential for this role. Familiarity with A / B testing and statistical reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
