Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee equity management, sales tax compliance, general liability and financial compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing accounting systems to support business growth.

Role & Responsibilities :

Equity Management :

• Maintain accurate records of stock-based compensation, equity grants, and vesting schedules.
• Work closely with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with equity compensation regulations.
• Reconcile and report on equity-related financial activities, including 409A valuations.

Sales Tax & Compliance :

General Liability & Financial Compliance :
