AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cultural Resources GIS Intern to join our Tallahassee, FL office.

Our Internship Program, Explore, is designed for college students pursuing a degree in a STEM field and provides opportunities to learn what it's like to work in a professional environment and apply what's learned in class to the real-world challenges we face every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to geospatial analyses, data creation / compilation, and administrative processes led by other AtkinsRéalis staff.
• Processing and posting GIS data to online viewers.
• GIS-based study impact assessments / structure counts.
• GIS support for public meetings for public review of proposed changes to data.
• Attend weekly online meetings to report on progress.
• Georeference historic imagery and conduct general ArcPro Spatial Analysis
• Ad-hoc GIS analysis, mapping and support to client as needed.

Expected compensation range is between $23 - $29 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
