• Technical Lead experience is mandatorily needed.
• Selected candidate should be flexible to learn new technology and work on varying project requirements while being self motivated and focused.
• Candidate should be able to drive a team to the right and effective solution of a business problem.
• At least 8+ years of working experience as Java Application Developer; including J2EE and Web Services; designing and developing modern / complex web applications.
• Rest API design Patterns, Spring Security, OAUTH, Spring framework (for dependency injection, Spring-WS), micro services.
• Dev tools : GIT, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
• Operating Systems : RedHat Linux, Windows, Databases : MySQL
• Cloud Services on Azure - Docker, Kubernetes, Java Tuning etc

Desirable Skills : o Angular Framework, UI Design patterns, Scripting (Java script, XSLT, ANT)o JSSE for Encryptiono Experience with Agile Development Methodologyo Experience working in Enterprise / Financial Industry ? preferably with high availability, high usage applications
