Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing a portfolio of 35-45 Commercial assets for an owner or client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the terms of the property's management agreement.

Job Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 30-45 commercial real estate assets, managing leasing, capital improvements, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, including operating expenses, capital projects, and revenue forecasts.
• Deliver strategic recommendations for individual assets and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, property managers, brokers, and other service providers.
• Travel as needed to property sites, client meetings, and internal engagements.
• Maximize asset value through revenue growth, expense control, and strategic acquisitions / dispositions.
• Ensure compliance with OCC Regulation 9, particularly around valuations, inspections, and annual reviews, to uphold fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines
• Obtain and maintain industry designations applicable to this position, fulfilling ongoing mandatory education and training requirements as necessary
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Be proficient in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations

Qualifications : Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or a related field.
