Account Specialist - Personal Lines

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support service requests by assisting with carrier submissions, reviewing quotes, preparing proposals, processing endorsements, audits, certificates, claims, and binders

Conduct contract reviews for insurance compliance and perform final policy checks, premium allocations, and premium financing arrangements

Proficient in completing Acord forms and quoting small business policies online

Ensure timely, professional follow-ups with clients, carriers, producers, and team members

Maintain accurate client records and correspondence in systems like Sagitta, ImageRight, and Indio

Participate in renewal meetings, maintain required certifications, complete training, and stay updated on carrier underwriting guidelines

Help train and mentor Account Assistants and perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years industry experience
• Resident State’s Agents License
• Industry related certifications preferred
• College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $23 to $26 per hour.
