The Senior Academic Advising Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining professional development programming for academic advisors and advising managers at the University of Arizona.
This role ensures that the advising community is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to foster undergraduate student success. The specialist will lead training initiatives, manage training for key advising technologies, produce advising publications, and serve as a liaison with institutional partners to keep training content aligned with university policy and practices.
