Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Varian ARIA Application Analyst / Builder to support and enhance our oncology information systems. This mid-level role focuses on maintaining and optimizing the Varian ARIA EHR platform, ensuring seamless integration with radiation therapy equipment and clinical workflows.Key Responsibilities :

Configure, test, and deploy updates and enhancements within the Varian ARIA system

Collaborate with clinical teams to understand workflow needs and translate them into system solutions

Support integration between Varian ARIA and treatment planning systems and radiation delivery machines

Troubleshoot application and interface issues, escalating as needed

Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials

Participate in system upgrades, validation, and change control processes

Ensure compliance with data standards (HL7, DICOM) and security protocols

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting clinical applications, preferably in oncology or healthcare ITincluding hands on experience with Varian ARIA and / or Eclipse systems

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Citrix environments, Windows Server, and basic networking

Understanding of HL7 and DICOM standards

Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills

Ability to drive the team and lead based on best practice in industry

Experience working in a hospital or cancer center setting

Knowledge of EMR EHR integration e.g., Epic, Cerner

Project management or change control experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
