Position Summary :

2nd Swing is seeking a highly skilled Master Club Fitter to join our in-store team of golf experts. This role is responsible for providing a premium personalized fitting experience that helps every golfer play their best. The Master Club Fitter will lead by example in delivering 2nd Swings fitting process ensuring accuracy consistency and high level of service in every session. The Master Club Fitter will facilitate fittings mentor other fitters and maintaining an exceptional level of product and fitting knowledge across all major equipment brands.

Responsibilities :

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities :

Deep understanding of golf equipment swing dynamics and custom fitting principles across all major brands

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on creating a premium service-oriented customer experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze performance data to make precise personalized equipment recommendations
