CRM Project Manager

Adecco is hiring immediately for a CRM Project Manager with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $60.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr. Role is listed as one year and can be extended up to 18 months.

Duties :

• We are seeking a results-driven Non-Technical Project Manager with demonstrated experience in SAP CRM and ECC to lead cross-functional initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence.
• This role is pivotal in managing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating collaboration across global teams.
• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives involving SAP CRM and ECC modules, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align project goals with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with functional analysts, developers, and business process owners to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (CRM, ECC, SD, FI / CO, MM).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee documentation efforts including business process flows, training materials, and test scripts.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test script development, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, legal, and IBC requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies in collaboration with business units.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
