Our expertise extends into a full-range of industries from healthcare and manufacturing to education, government, financial institutions, and more. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of our construction projects. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day job site activities, maintaining quality control, and coordinating subcontractors to meet project goals efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role will include :

• Oversee daily job site operations and short-term scheduling
• Coordinate staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions
• Attend preconstruction meetings and site orientations
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and inspection procedures
• Manage field office setup, temporary services, and equipment logistics
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scheduling and procurement
• Monitor labor reports and field staff performance
• Enforce safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site conflicts
• Submit required documentation and timecards promptly
• Participate in project closeout and walk-throughs
