A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls from patients and complete patient registration and scheduling over the phone
Provide superior customer service while communicating effectively with a diverse population
Transition to a work-from-home structure after completing in-person training
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required
Two years' previous call center or health care experience required
Associates degree in a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Products, is required
