About the Role
Our Jacksonville facility is seeking Aviation Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about supporting military readiness and global security. As part of our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) team, you’ll play a vital role in returning mission-critical aircraft and components to service, directly impacting the performance and safety of our military customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance and modifications on P- aircraft.
- Terminate and install wire bundles , interpret blueprint schematics , and handle fiber optics with precision.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety standards , including OSHA Fall Protection Regulations (, , Subpart D).
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to established MRO processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including General Mechanics, Structures, and Electrics to meet program goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)– years of aviation maintenance experience.Background in aircraft systems .Proficiency in fiber handling , wire termination, and blueprint reading.Ability to work without supervision and in a team-oriented environment.Open to candidates from military or corporate aviation backgrounds .Ability to work at heights and obtain Fall Protection Certification .Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance
