Key job responsibilities :

• Enter data into tracking systems and monitor aircraft maintenance disruptions worldwide, feeding machine learning models that drive predictive analytics and network optimization for stakeholder communications.
• Track MEL, CDL, ETOPS, CAT III, and Autoland capabilities to ensure aircraft operational readiness for inclement weather, extended over-water operations, and station preparedness.
• Leverage AI decision support systems to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant technical information, enabling data-driven decisions that minimize network impact.
• Work with external providers and internal teams using predictive analytics and intelligent automation to craft scalable solutions and optimize maintenance execution.
• Develop relationships with air carriers to gather data for machine learning analysis, acting as liaison between carrier maintenance and Amazon AIR to make recommendations to the NCC team.
• Present AI-generated insights and data-driven recommendations in team meetings.
• Assist in identifying processes for intelligent automation.
• Shift work required including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
