What You'll Be Doing :
Generate new sales opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
Collaborate with clients to design tailored system solutions that meet their unique needs
Craft compelling proposals and bids that win business
Manage the full sales cycle—from first meeting to final install—with top-tier communication and documentation
Lead conversations with decision-makers to uncover needs and deliver value
Ensure every customer has a seamless, satisfying experience from start to finish
Keep leadership in the loop with clear reporting, forecasts, and updates
Requirements :
2+ years of sales experience (bonus points if it’s in security, AV, or tech!)
A driven, energetic, forward-thinking team player
Skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools
