Compensation Overview :

$50K (2-year commitment)

Total Compensation Note :

When factoring in salary, sign-on bonus, 403(b) retirement match, dependent college tuition benefit, wellness bonuses, and employer-covered licensure , the total compensation package exceeds $230K to $350K+ annually , depending on tenure and shift / call participation.

Time Off & Differentials :

24-hour shift premium : +$20 / hr (if elected)
