Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Mobile, Alabama! The Account Manager will lead strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and promote exceptional clinicians across a defined region.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and follow a call strategy to increase referral outcomes.
• Report regularly on the status of the plan.
• Communicate often with Senior Management.
• Build relationships with customers and community leaders.
• Work independently and with our team, presenting company information and outcomes data effectively.
• Coordinate community events and attend meetings as requested.
• Requires effective presentation skills using medical terminology.
• Other duties as assigned.
