We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team and help plan and execute impactful community and fundraising events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or career starters to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, public engagement, and campaign support — all while contributing to meaningful causes.
What You’ll Do :
Assist with setup, management, and execution of fundraising and outreach events
Support event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
Promote awareness of nonprofit missions and fundraising campaigns to the public
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide key information
Track donor and sponsor interactions to help meet fundraising goals
Collaborate with event coordinators and team members for smooth event delivery
Represent the organization professionally and with enthusiasm
