With an expanding product line and a loyal community, they’re looking for an Accounting Manager to support financial operations and ensure accuracy across all business functions.

The Role

As Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting functions, manage month-end close, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You’ll work closely with leadership to support strategic financial planning and maintain operational excellence across accounting processes.

What You’ll Do

💼 Oversee Day-to-Day Accounting – Manage A / P, A / R, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity

📊 Lead Month-End Close – Ensure timely and accurate close processes, including financial statement preparation

🧾 Maintain Compliance – Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax filings, and financial reporting standards

📈 Support Budgeting & Forecasting – Partner with leadership on cash flow management, reporting, and planning

🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with operations, HR, and leadership to support company-wide financial goals

What You’ll Bring

• ️ 4–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in CPG, retail, or e-commerce
• ️ Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• ️ Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting platforms
• ️ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• ️ Proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
